Terms of Service for GG Events

Welcome to GG Events! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at ggevents.in (the "Site") and the services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,
you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services.
2. Changes to Terms
GG Events may update or modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes
by posting the updated Terms on the Site. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our Services.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Platform Services
GG Events is an online platform that enables hosts to publish, promote, and manage events, and enables
users to discover and register for such events. GG Events does not organize or operate events and is not
a party to any agreement between hosts and attendees.
5. Payments Between Hosts and Attendees
All payments, ticketing, refunds, and related financial transactions are the sole responsibility of the
applicable host. GG Events does not collect, process, or hold payments on behalf of hosts or attendees.
Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or cancellations must be resolved directly between the host and
the attendee.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
GG Events shall not be liable for unauthorized use of your account unless caused by our gross negligence.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
- Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity;
- Upload or distribute harmful, infringing, or offensive content;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
8. Content Ownership & License
All content provided by GG Events, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by GG Events
or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
By posting or submitting content (including event listings, images, and descriptions), you grant GG Events
a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content
for the purposes of operating and promoting the Services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GG Events does not guarantee
that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or
implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GG Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use
of the Services.
Our liability for direct damages, if any, shall not exceed the greater of (i) INR 5,000 or (ii) the amount
you paid to GG Events (if any) in the six months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability
for gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GG Events, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages,
losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of (i) your use of the Services,
(ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your participation in or hosting of an event.
12. Termination
GG Events may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice,
if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct.
13. Force Majeure
GG Events shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our
reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, or
internet outages.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy,
which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising
out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts located in New Delhi, India.
